Akut lungskada (ALI) är en extrem komplikation av sepsis och hemorragisk chock med överdriven sjuklighet. Inom den aktuella forskningen undersöktes den skyddande effekten av Azilsartan på lipopolysackarid (LPS) -inducerad ALI hos möss för att upptäcka Azilsartans potentiella terapeutiska egenskap för behandling av ALI.

Påverkan av miRNA-30a-5p på lungfibros hos möss med Streptococcus pneumoniae En infektion med hjälp av reglering av autofagi av Beclin-1
Forskningen syftar till att observera effekten av mikroribonukleinsyra- (miRNA-) 30a-50p på lungfibros hos möss med Streptococcus pneumoniae en infektion med hjälp av reglering av autofagi av Beclin-1. Särskilda patogenfria möss har instillats med Streptococcus pneumoniae med hjälp av luftstrupen för att fastställa lungfibros-skyltdockan.

Inhibitorgruppen uppvisade dessutom förhöjda budbärar-RNA (mRNA) -intervall för Beclin-1 och LC3, sänkta mRNA-intervall för α -SMA och p62, ett förhöjt proteinstad i Beclin-1 och ett markant minskat proteinsteg på p62 ( p < 0,05). Att tysta miRNA-30a-5p-uttryck kan främja uttrycket av Beclin-1 för att påskynda förekomsten av autofagi och därigenom behandla lungfibros hos möss med Streptococcus pneumoniae en infektion.

Description: Complement component 5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the C5 gene. Description: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Simian C5b-9. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Simian C5b-9. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Simian C5b-9, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm.
